The majority of our assignments are sale mandates where we aim to optimise valuations by developing a controlled competitive search for purchasers, mindful of the need for discretion.
For “buy-side” assignments, we seek to use our contacts, sector knowledge and original research to identify multiple targets before presenting them for selection.
We manage every stage of the transaction process, producing information materials, identifying and contacting potential counter-parties, putting in place non-disclosure agreements, supporting price negotiations; and working with our clients through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Our fees are predominantly contingent upon success so we pay particular attention to our clients' expectations prior to engagement and will not take on a project if we do not think we can meet them. We always communicate openly.
