Marc Shaw

Marc is the Principal and Founder of Ronin. He has been advising clients on mergers and acquisitions since 2000 and has successfully executed a wide range of transactions in both the UK and US.

Marc began his career in M&A at SP Merger Group where he advised Media and Technology businesses, primarily on fundraising and disposals.

Previously he was Head of Corporate Development for a UK Internet search business; overseeing its initial institutional funding round.
